About us

We are Anita and Jeroen Prins.

In 2009 we visited La Palma for the first time. The island of eternal spring with its robust nature immediately appealed to us. Many holiday visits later we decided to take the plunge and build a life there.

In 2019 we bought an old avocado plantation on the edge of La Punta. Most of the trees were dead and the terrain was completely overgrown. We already saw our future bloom in this place.

After the plans were made in the Netherlands, we moved to La Palma in 2021 to start construction.

A year later, our house was ready enough for us to enjoy this beautiful place with a wide view of the surroundings, the ocean and the beautiful sunsets in our own home.

In 2024, the 2 holiday homes we had in mind and their flowery gardens are about finished and we can start renting them out. After 3 years of hard work, a new phase is starting for us. We hope that our guests will enjoy this place and beautiful La Palma as much as we do.
