Reservation and cancellation conditions

Reservation

After receiving your reservation, we will send you a confirmation by email. We ask you to pay a deposit of 50% of the total travel sum within 7 days. The reservation is only final when we have received the deposit. The remaining 50% of the travel sum must be paid no later than 4 weeks before departure. By paying the deposit, you indicate that you agree with our conditions and there is a binding agreement. If the deposit has not been paid within 7 days, we reserve the right to offer the casa again.

Changes

Changes can only be accepted in consultation with us and after written confirmation. Changes may entail additional costs.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival, the deposit plus any remaining payment will only be refunded if we receive a new booking with the same value for the same period. In the event of cancellation less than 4 weeks before arrival, the total travel sum will be charged. If a new booking of the same value is made in the same period, the paid deposit and the paid remaining payment will be refunded. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

Insurance

You must take out your own travel and cancellation insurance. In the event of cancellation of the stay, any costs must be recovered from the insurer yourself.

Liability

Finca Las Prinsas accepts no liability for damage to and theft or loss of property of guests as well as injury or accident caused to guests, regardless of the cause. Use of the swimming pool and hot tub is at your own risk, they are unattended. Entering Finca Las Prinsas is at your own expense and at your own risk.

Force Majeure

If Finca Las Prinsas has to cancel a reservation due to force majeure, the payment made will be refunded. Finca Las Prinsas accepts no liability for other damage suffered by the guest, no further claim can be made for any form of compensation.
